Need a Quote

If you need a quote simply click here to email us a list of what products and what quantities you would like, and we will email you a quote back.  Then all you need to do is simply approve the price and we will make sure the order is all ready (and chilled if required) to go when you come in to collect it.

So you're having a party and aren't sure whether you need 5 cartons of beer or 10, or a few bottles of wine or a few dozen?
Don't concern yourself any longer, email us letting us know what style of function you are having, when the function is and the number of expected guests on we can do the rest for you.  Over the years we have saved our customers considerably by not overcatering, and saved many from the emabarassment of running out during a function.  Party orders are somewhat of a specialty for us, so hesitate no longer, email us  your requirements and let your PALS take care of the rest.

Important things to Consider...

There are several important things to consider when planning an event/function, and at PALS it is our mission to provide the expert assistance with these factors.

• What time will the function be starting?
  If your function is starting on or around lunch or dinner time remember to consider that your guests are likely to be hungry and/or thirsty when they arrive
• What is the expected temperature?
  When the weather is hotter you are more likely to find yourself going through more drinks than you may have otherwise expected
• How long is the event/function?
  Just because you may have a longer function planned does not necessarily mean you will go through a lot more drinks, it is likely that you will find a lot of drinks consumed early at functions and then after some time this slows up significantly

At PALS it is our philosophy to give our customers the absolute best shopping experience imaginable.  We have strict guidelines on what products we allow in the store, so you can have full confidence in the quality of every single product that we stock.  We also have staff who are able to help you with finding that hard to get product or to give you advice on matching food and wine, even the simple things like carrying your beer to the car for you is not too much to ask.

So if it is a quality experience you are after, come on in and see us and be prepared for some excitement.

Company History

Founder Ralph Cufone is a local legend of the liquor industry having opened his first shop in 1964.

Over the years the store expanded and moved a few times before Ralph & his wife Julie opened Parafield Airport Liquor Store in 1986 in a hangar on the Airport property.

Soon the children were also working as the store flourished over the next 10 years. Eventually the store was too small and couldn't fit enough stock so, with that in mind, in 1997 the family built a massive new purpose built store, incorporating drive through convenience as well as Roulettes Tavern only a hundred metres or so down the road.

Today, the store is run by Ralph’s children Suzanne & Sam, and continuing what their Dad started nearly 50 years earlier are now operating South Australia’s largest family owned liquor store.

Situated on the commercial estate at Parafield Airport, PALS is South Australia’s largest family owned liquor store. Our aim is to provide our customers with the widest range of wines, spirits and beers, and with over 5000 products in store, there is something for everyone. We also pride ourselves on the fact that our staff actually know the products they sell, so whether you simply need help to find a product, would like help matching food and wine, or even someone to help carry everything to the car for you, just ask one of our dedicated team members.
