PALS Liquor supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol
It is an offence for a person under the age of 18 years of age to falsely represent themselves to be of, or over 18 years of age. As such, we reserve the right to refuse service or to accept an order, sell or supply Products to any person we suspect to be under 18 years of age.
By using our website you acknowledge and agree that you understand the prohibition on the sale and supply of liquor to minors and you confirm that you 18 years of age or older.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery Fees
We use Australia Post rates to calculate delivery fees. Delivery Fees are calculated during checkout and will be based on the destination for the delivery and the total weight of your order.
Transit Times
Delivery is made by Australia Post and transit times depend on your location and current demand on the postal service. Deliveries usually take between 2 to 10 business days - but once orders have been dispatched the delivery time frame is out of our control.
Dispatching of Orders
All orders are dispatched next business day, if this is not possible for whatever reason, we will be in contact with you to notify you of any delays.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds and exchanges will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We will not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
Refunds and exchanges will only be processed if the product is faulty - contact us to have the situation and products assessed.
